1. Purpose

todoid.com is a registry for professional tools, software releases, and verified product information. Each listing receives a permanent identifier (“todoid”) usable by professionals, developers, and AI systems.

1a. Listing Sources & AI Use

Part of our directory is AI-selected and created under our Listing Guidelines, including some entries selected automatically, and reviewed by our team. Other entries come from partners and user submissions. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or endorsement of any listing.

2. Agreement & Consent Records

By using the site or ticking an “I agree” checkbox on our forms, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You consent to our keeping evidence of your acceptance (timestamp, IP, form version) in email, database, local storage, private git repositories, or cloud services.

3. Submissions & License

• By submitting data (including logos, trademarks, product descriptions, release notes, media, or metadata), you grant todoid.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and make available your submission in connection with the registry and its promotion, including structured and machine-readable formats.
• This license is irrevocable for public listing data already published, to preserve stable references and identifiers.
• You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to grant these rights, and that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold todoid.com harmless from claims arising from your submissions.
• Logos: We may resize and convert logos to JPEG while preserving proportions (dimension changes only) for performance and layout consistency. We do not imply endorsement.

3a. Submitter Authority & Official Channels

• Edits or removal requests must come from an official company email or include proof of authority (e.g., signed letter on company letterhead or verifiable corporate contact).
• We may decline unverifiable or abusive requests and may request additional documentation to verify authority.
• Logos and media may be displayed only with permission or where provided by the company; otherwise we may use text-only branding.

4. Approval Flow

• We may send a final card/page design for your review. If not confirmed within 10 days, we may erase or archive those drafts at our discretion.
• Published listings may remain public or private per plan or contract, and may be archived for reference.

5. Plans, Fees, and Contracts

• todoid.com offers a Free Plan and Paid Plans. Pricing and billing terms appear at purchase.
• Specific paid contract terms, service levels, and additional rules are governed by those contracts and prevail for the paid scope.

6. Use of the Service

• Use the site lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
• Do not disrupt service, submit unlawful or infringing content, or misrepresent affiliation.
• We may moderate, reject, suspend, or remove content at our discretion.

6a. Neutrality

Listings are neutral, factual records compiled from public information and submissions, potentially AI-assisted and human reviewed. Inclusion does not imply our endorsement, partnership, or verification beyond the processes described here.

7. Retention

• Approval drafts: kept up to 10 days for confirmation, then erased or archived.
• Public registry data: generally retained indefinitely as reference records.

8. Storage & Infrastructure

We may store information in email systems, databases, local storage, private git resources, and third-party cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), including dynamic files via Spring Boot and raw HTML/DOC/TXT formats. We employ reasonable safeguards and access controls.

9. IP Notices & Takedown

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact contact@todoid.com with: (a) the content and URL(s); (b) proof of rights; (c) your contact info; and (d) a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that the use is unauthorized. We may notify the submitter and, at our discretion, remove or restore content upon sufficient proof.

To help us act quickly and accurately, please write from an official company email domain. We aim to process verified requests within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer; we will confirm receipt and status.

10. Accuracy & Disclaimer

We aim for accuracy but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee the completeness or uninterrupted availability of listings or identifiers.

10a. Corrections

If your company is listed and you want to correct, update, or delete it, contact us from an official company email. We may request evidence (e.g., link to an official page or public filing) to validate factual changes.

11. Privacy

Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

• Free users: we may suspend or terminate access at any time.
• Paid users: governed by the applicable paid terms/contract; if we terminate without cause, we refund the unused, prepaid portion of the current term.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland; courts of Warsaw have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; changes take effect upon posting.
