- A valid legal entity (company or foundation) with an identifiable address.
- Verifiable operating activity.
- Real-sector products/services or other demonstrable value.
- We do not sell links. Advertising is clearly labeled, and any paid extra services are provided only under formal contracts.

The sale includes all rights to seven domains, the content and codebase, including taxonomy and the Git repository.
The platform is built with Spring Boot 3.5.5, Java 21, and PostgreSQL, with the database managed via Google Sheets TSV import.
The asking price is modest — covering only the compensation of our two-developer Poland team for a single quarter, plus infrastructure assets.
